BIOGRAPHY
Gareth Robertson is an Oxford graduate with over twenty five years' experience in institutional fund management, with Barclays Bank, M&G and Invesco, and in UK and European corporate stockbroking as a director of Swiss Bank Corporation. He has also carried out management consultancy work for a wide range of clients such as Siemens, Compart-Montedison, Sumitomo Finance International, Man Group and the European Commission, and was group marketing director at a London-listed financial services company for six years before joining Allenbridge in 2007.
Gareth is currently a Director and Company Secretary of AllenbridgeEpic Investment Advisers. He is also Director of Business Development at Allenbridge Limited.
BIOGRAPHY
Philip has over 30 years’ experience in the securities industry. He was with Charterhouse Securities (formerly Tilney & Co) for 20 years and was appointed as a Director in 1992. Whilst there he was a member of the UK Equities sales team, responsible for marketing the firm's analytical output to a wide range of institutional clients. He also acted as an investment adviser to a major local authority pension fund.
In 2000 Philip joined Merseyside Pension Fund as Head of UK Equities, responsible for research and portfolio structure decisions for the internally managed portfolio; managing over £2bn of assets. He was also involved in the monitoring process for the Fund’s external investment managers and advising on the risk profiling of the Fund, including asset allocation.
Since 2010 Philip has been providing independent specialist advice to quoted companies in the areas of Corporate Governance, Investor Relations and Business Structure. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Aberdeen Private Equity Fund, and Treasurer and Investment Adviser to Chester Municipal Charities.
Philip is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
BIOGRAPHY
Stephanie has over 20 years’ business experience, predominantly in financial services. As well as working with AllenbridgeEpic, she is Director of Chaos to Calm which specialises in providing business management solutions for small finance firms.
Prior to joining AllenbridgeEpic, Stephanie was one of the founding members and Business Manager for SVG Investment Managers and spent eight years as an Executive Assistant and Team Leader with UBS Global Asset Management. She has also worked as an Events Manager, Office Manager and Journalist.
